Based on a 2014 Workplace Wellness Study, 50% of corporate profits now go toward health care costs. That number was only 7% three decades ago. Yikes! That means less profit for corporations and less benefits and perks for employees.

Corporate wellness programs are proven to increase employee morale, build a culture of support and can address many workforce health challenges. By offering employee incentives and educational programs, you can expect to see increased job satisfaction, a more productive workforce and improvement in your bottom line. I believe in a holistic and proactive approach to health and wellness in an effort to prevent dis-ease in our bodies.

Simply put, I can walk the walk and I can talk the talk. I have lived in the corporate world for 12 years while focusing my career on advertising and marketing. Even though I am now certified as a health coach and corporate wellness specialist I apply my corporate experience to deliver SMART programs. That means the programs will be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.

I am also driven by data; I understand how to get results and report on them to executive management as that was an integral part of my career. Tracking the success will be vary by company, but may include:
