First, let me thank you for stopping by and reading my very first post on my blog.
Why did I start in the first place you might ask?
I am not creating this website or writing in my blog because it’s what people do these days. I have another motive and that is to serve you.
With what? Great question.
My passion has always been about health and wellness. I was an athlete growing up and staying active has always been important. I even wanted to be a physical therapists. I derailed that calling and switched to an advertising and marketing career. I know not related in the slightest, but it led me to some amazing opportunities and more importantly people. I LOVE the people that I have worked with throughout the years, but after many long hours and prioritizing my career over everything else I came to realize I was missing something.
I found out what that something was a few years after a bad car accident. After living with pain for years and frustrated with my own journey I decided to start experimenting and researching it more. As my mentor and teacher, Cynthia Pasquella, said to those taking her nutrition coaching certification program, “Things do not happen to you, they happen for you.” My car accident was one of the best and worst things that has happened to me. It has lead me to this moment and my purpose:
