AlisonBrehme.com, part of Alison Brehme, LLC is committed to providing information and activities relating to grief, caregiving, aromatherapy, and chronic illness on the Alisonbrehme.com and related websites (the “Site”). Our content includes information about Alison Brehme and her various endeavors, books, coaching, content, products, events, photos, video and interactivity with our users. While we encourage the interactive nature of our website, we strive to promote the online safety and privacy of our users.

We have implemented this Privacy Policy governing the personally identifiable information (“Personal Consumer Information”) collected by this Site. This Privacy Policy does not govern Personal Consumer Information collected from any other source or in any other manner.

Because we view every customer as part of the family and a partner for life, our goal is for you to have a wonderful experience and interaction with our products and services.  If your experience is less than wonderful, the following policies apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

On occasion, we may recommend products that we’ve tested and love. In these instances, you will be routed to separate affiliate websites and that Site may subsequently collect information about its users to help improve your shopping experience or to make occasional store offers for which you may be interested.

Refund and Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Alisonbrehme.com(aka Alison Brehme LLC), you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund unless otherwise specified.

The following conditions apply to any returns, exchanges and cancellations:

  • Please contact [email protected] to request an exchange or refund prior to returning any products for complete details on how to exchange or return a product.
  • You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the products to us. If you request an exchange, you are also responsible for shipping costs associated with delivery of the new product.
  • Exchanges are only for the same product or product of equal value.
  • All returns should be accompanied by a note showing your name, the date of your order, and the invoice number. This information must also be emailed to [email protected]
  • Refunds and exchanges will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned item from you.
  • Cancellations may be requested at [email protected] within 24 hours of making an order.
  • Refunds will be delivered via the same method of payment used to place your order.

Security of Information

We maintain reasonable standards of confidentiality and security for this Site and for the Personal Consumer Information collected from this Site. The Personal Consumer Information you provide is secured using industry standard e-commerce security technology. We also restrict our own employees’ access to Personal Consumer Information.
